Cookie's light shone so bright it will be with us long after she departs this physical world. Even at the end when she was in extreme pain, she was making us laugh and trying to ease our worry and pain. Sse was a second Mother to me and I'll miss her terribly. Our mother's Passing was one of the most difficult and hardest things my sister and I ever had to face, but the night she passed I called David Jacobson at Chicago Jewish funeral home and they took charge of everything. We met with them the next morning and they handled everything and anticipated every single one of our needs and wants. They handled this horrible experience with care and tenderness and eased our pain. It was a beautiful service from start to finish and our limo driver Jaff was amazing as well. I felt they treated us like family and I was honored to have them take care of our beautiful mother. Thank you more than words David and staff.
