This is a tragic loss. What can possibly console those he leaves behind; his children, and his new wife and baby?

I knew him mainly from my early childhood. Geography and family rifts conspired to prevent a closeness we might otherwise have had. Those memories I do have tell me that I have lost and shall miss a sweet, loving, and adventurous cousin.
