Beloved wife of the late Sydney Jaffe. Loving mother of Dr. Charles Jaffe (Rabbi Eleanor Smith, MD) and Paula Horowitz. Proud grandmother of Dr. Kevin Horowitz (Dr. Marie DeWitt), Laura Jaffe, and Rachael Jaffe and step-grandchildren Judah, Sophie, and Harel Anolick.
