OBITUARY
Harold Rappoport, age 87
Beloved husband for 62 years of Bernice (nee Epstein). Cherished father of Dan (Sarah) of Teaneck, NJ; Janice (Steve) Feldman of Wilmette, IL; and Phil (Sandy) of Oakton, VA. Incredible Za-Za of Rivka and Isaac Rappoport; Julie and Jeremy Feldman; and Max and Alex Rappoport. Adored son of the late Louis and Rose (owners of men's clothing stores on Halsted St). Devoted brother to the late Irving (Judy) Rappoport and the late Marion (Simon) Buckman. Special uncle, great-uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Served in Korea, US Army Signal Corps. Popular retired teacher at Kelvyn Park High School. Enthusiastic JCC handball player. Deep appreciation to the staff at Sunrise of Wilmette and Heartland Hospice. Funeral service Wednesday, Nov. 30 at 12 Noon, Beth Hillel Cong. Bnai Emunah, 3220 Big Tree Lane, Wilmette. Interment Westlawn.
