Please accept my deepest sincerest condolences on the loss of Mr. David Patek. I have so many happy memories of him, every phone call with his â??Elmer Fuddâ? laugh that would tickle me so, We were very bless to have him as a patient at IBJI in Bannockburn. Grief can be so hard, but out special memories help us cope. May he rest in peace
