OBITUARY
Arleen Rovin nee Harris
Passed away peacefully June 12, 2015 after a long illness. Born in Chicago September 8, 1932, to Merriam and Julius Harris. Devoted mother of Brad (Kathy) of Columbus, Ohio and Richard (Amy) of Marquette, Michigan. Proud grandmother of Mara, Hana, Chris, Lauren, and Taylor. Dear sister of Ruth Sanders (deceased). Arleen firmly believed in the importance of education and saw to it that her children were well-educated. She was very proud of all the accomplishments of her children and grandchildren. A lifelong resident of the Chicago area, her favorite spot was the Chicago Botanic Garden and she passed many happy days there exploring the trails. Service Friday August 28, 11 AM at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 8851 Skokie Blvd (at Niles Center Road), Skokie. Interment private.
